Creating a website for a bike store and have been looking at how to create a shopping cart. FoxyCart is very interesting because you just add links in your html that call out to a remote hosted cart, but you need to have some javascript in the head of the page. Is that possible on SnapPages? The advantage of the FoxyCart approach, other than being visually very integrated with the site, is that a product can be sold anywhere, not just in a special shop page.

Otherwise, has anyone found a good shopping cart solution for SnapPages? If FoxyCart won't work, perhaps a cart that is embeddable?

A British shopping cart called RomanCart offers similar solution to FoxyCart but seems not to require the custom javascript in header. I'll be trying them out on projectride.snappages.com...

At Shop2Site you can find an e-commerce solution that does not require to add something into the head of your pages.
You just have to copy and paste a little javascript or iframe or a link (with your own button) to get it working.
Maybe someone wants to try it?
Thanks.

Hey all, try using a cart called Ecwid - http://ecwid.com. They have a free and paid option and several options for checkout. It embeds easily in a code box and word from their team is that they are adding more options for checkout like PayPal Flow so you can have true inline checkout. Big Blue Designs has the cart in operation here http://srrestore.org/.
