If you set and event with a quick edit and leave the time as 12-1 (default), and then edit the event, changing it to all day/no time, it remains a 12-1 event in the daily calendar, the weekly calendar, the popup window on the monthly calendar. The only place it appears correctly seems to be in the edit page.
