Can't Edit Homepage

System wont let me edit my home page for my website prairie opportunity also billboard picture i uploaded is gone

I uploaded a fix to the billboard recently. Are you still having issues with this?

Yes , I'm still having problems there is a black box where my billboard pic should be displayed at my site prairieopportunity and I unable to edit my home page. All other pages are accessable.
