Snappages down? 02/26/08

My clients and I have been having trouble hitting the calendar today. Has anyone else been having problems?

Also, when I logged in to Snappages to check, it prompted me for a change in username citing the need to remove special characters from usernames. However, when I typed in my new username (alphas only), it rejected it saying that I had used unpermitted characters.

Has anyone else had troubles today?

Yes there have been a few issues due to the udpate on the site yesterday. Both issues you are having are related to the same update. Basically now you will have your own url for your site at "yourusername.snappages.com" so if you are linking to it from another site you will need to update it to match the new url. So for your calendar it's simply now "yourusername.snappages.com/calendar".

The issue with this new system is that some usernames can't be valid subdmomains so that's why you were prompted to change it. I'll check to see why it's not allowing you to change it though. If you want to use the feedback form on the site you can send me your username and the one you want to change it to if you don't want to post it in the forum and I'll look into it.
