Monthly repeats by day in addition to date

I would guess this has been requested before, but I don't see a thread here...

I would like the ability to schedule an event that occurs on for example, the first Monday of each month. Outlook and the Palm OS calendar application do this. In the Palm OS calendar, if there is an event scheduled for February 4, 2008, and you select Monthly repeat, it has another selection for Day or Date. Date would be the 4th of every month, Day is the 1st Monday of every month.

I think this is another case where a roadmap would be great. Something which gives users some idea of the order of planned changes so they can get an idea of when to expect them.
