Domain Name

Hi, what if I already have a domain name? I would like to use the one I have, is this possible or I have to upgrade my account? Thank you!

If you want your domain name to directly point to your snappages page you need a Pro Account. You could probably get your existing domain forwarded to your snappages site, but it's not the most professional way of doing things. This kind of redirect will either reveal the snappages url or will put the snappages site in a big frame.

ok so two days ago i went with the trial pro account and got my url to direct to snappages. how come snappages still recognizes my page as mot5082.snappages.com? thanks

The original URL will still work - the important thing is that the domain also points to the same site, invisibly.

For example:
claregummett.snappages.com was set up as a trial and once the site was working properly I upgraded the account and pointed www.claregummett.com to the snappages site. The original URL will still work, but the owner just doesn't publicize it.
