I would really love to use snappages. I think what you've got here is a completely superior product to weebly in almost every way. If I could only drop in custom markup...

I need to create custom forms and the only form that I can use here is a contact form. I'm sure there are a lot of edge cases like mine that could be smoothed over if we could use custom markup.

Best of luck in your endeavours. I'm rooting for snappages but reluctantly paying Weebly money. Let me know when I can give you my money! :-)

There are several people that use something like google docs to build forms and then just embed them using the iframe tool into their site. Not sure if that solution works for you or not but let me know if I can help.

So host the form somewhere else and embed it in an iframe? I wasn't clever enough to come up with that one on my own. :-)

If your curious, I was using snappages to quickly split test landing pages. I found your site through this blog post (http://startuplessonslearned.blogspot.com/2008/11/using-adwords-to-assess-demand-for-your.html) on startup lessons learned.

I work around the custom forms issue by using the Coffee Cup Forms application and a different hosted domain. I place the form on an html page within my second domain. I then reference this page within an iframe on my snappage. You can see the results here:

I hope this helps.

That's a really interesting solution for video on the front page. I'd never heard of Bitsontherun.com before. Are they expensive?

Nice site overall by the way (Comic Sans notwithstanding!)

Glenn.

Hi,
I am a beginner, but I have tried out www.wufoo.com and find it very simple to use.

Thanks Glenn...
I believe bitsontherun is free up to 1 Gb of bandwidth per month. After that there is a fee.
