I'm new to SnapPages, and have been playing around with it (I found it through a link from a web page on online calendars). I am an online calendar nut, and have tried many of them trying to find the right blend of good looks, flexibility, and usability.

I must say that I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the lack of reminders to a mobile phone. I'm not always by my computer, but I'm always carrying my phone! This is a pretty glaring omission in my opinion.

Second, I would like to see some sort of ical export or subscription. I get really nervous putting a lot of events into a calendar that I can't get out or subscribe to using an ical compatible program.

Just my $.02!

Thanks for the feedback. Right now all of those features are on the list of things we hope to add to the calendar app. For sure there are plans to be able to add some functionality to allow you to both import and export your calendars into an ical format.

Also the mobile reminders is something we hope to do. You may have noticed though that there is currently a bug with the reminders that we're trying to track down so I'll update everyone when we figure that out.

I let you know Steve, but I was also going to post here in the forum for anyone else that I found a workaround for the problem of reminders via SMS. My e-mail reminders are sent to my Gmail account, and I set a filter to forward any message from SnapPages to my phone's e-mail address, which comes as a text message (I am on Verizon, so I had the reminder forwarded to 1234567890@vtext.com using my phone number in front of the @). It works like a charm, and I get a text message with all of the details sent to my phone.

Unfortunately, the bug in the reminder system is hampering using it effectively, but here's hoping you can track that little booger down and squash it!

On the bug for the reminders, do you know if it is sending you the reminders at both the wrong date and the wrong time or just the wrong date?
