I would like to embed both my Google Calendar and Google Forms just as I embed my Youtube Videos. However, I get an error message every attempt. Is this function not possible? If not, what am I doing wrong? Other than that, I love your product.

For the calendar and forms you probably can use the iframe block to add these. As for "addThis" we will probably be adding something like this in the future.

I regret to say when I try to embed the Calendar and the Form I get "The embed code you added is invalid. Try a different code or cancel to remove this block."

I tried to do this earlier too and I got the same error.

Google calendar has been added properly to iFrame.

I managed to get a GCal working perfectly. I explained my steps in this posts:

I imagine a Google form would be very similar - have a try and if you are still stuck I'll see if I can help.
Asfar as AddThis goes, there's another thread discussing how allowing custom HTML would help some users. This is a case in point, as at the moment you can't add the Script needed. If I had to hack it in right now I think I would explore hosting a simple page somewhere with nothing but the JavaScript on it and then including this in my Snappages page in a small, invisible iFrame webblock.
Steve, perhaps you could say if this would work?

A solution like that might work for some other widgets but I'm not sure if it would for one like "addthis" because I think it uses the url of the page it lives on to share the links. In the case of an iframe it's url would be different from the actual page.

Very good point. I hadn't thought of that.
Whilst we're talking about this then how about a JavaScript Web Block? Again, I know it would open up pages to being royally 'broken' by wayward users, but it would allow 'power' users to extend the functionality of their Snappages sites.

I embedded a survey form (http://www.risingstaralpacas.com/Get%20Started.htm) from Google docs with a slight modification. I used the iframe block and removed the iframe tags supplied with the Google form embed code. Nice thing is you can then configure Google to auto-notify you when there are responses and they are all stored in a spreadsheet. It would be great to allow nice formatted tables based on data in a google spreadsheet as a widget. Then site authors could create a table in a google spreadsheet and publish dynamic content on their site without having to create a database, etc.
