Draft pages vs. Navigation pages

I just tried to move a page from Navigation to Draft so that we could work on it for a while and no-one could see it. The page is now not in either Draft or Navigation, but if I try to add a new page to Navigation, it says that there already is a page there by that name. The page is "Economic Research".

This is still a bug I'm trying to track down. I've restored the page so it should now be in your list of pages again. Let me know if this happens again.
