I'd like to embed links to our YouTube Videos, Google WebAlbums, Google Calendar, Blogger Blog, etc, but I can't figure out how to pull in third party systems. Will I really have to migrate all my online content into SnapPages' data store?

Currently there is not a way to embed content that requires a javascript or custom html. There are however other ways of embeding content. For youtube and other video/flash based items, you can use the "video block" in the page editor. Other then that, there is also the iframe block that you can use to embed any other web page that you have.

Is this also the only way to embed my google calendar to my website?

Can you paste the sample code here so I can look at it?

Can you paste the sample code here so I can look at it?

Here is the code that I get from google:

<iframe src="http://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=pete.saenz%40gmail.com&ctz=America/Chicago" style="border: 0" width="800" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

I just a had a check regarding the Google Calendar and got it to work okay:

In Gcal, edit the settings for the calendar you want to display in the Snappages page, and then in the 'Embed this calendar' section click the link 'Customise the colour, size and other options'.

This takes you to a page where you can adjust the look and size of your calendar. Make your changes, ensureing the calendar is small enough to fit into your Snappages iFrame (I would suggest 600 x 600). This will give you a code block like this:

<iframe src="https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?height=600&amp;wkst=1&amp;bgcolor=%23FFFFFF&amp;src=nqod 2n5t8nsht7m9pgs5tm3fb8%40group.calendar.google.com &amp;color=%235229A3&amp;ctz=Europe%2FLondon" style=" border-width:0 " width="600" height="600" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Copy the part in quotes after src= (i.e. https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?height=600&amp;wkst=1&amp;bgcolor=%23FFFFFF&amp;src=nqod 2n5t8nsht7m9pgs5tm3fb8%40group.calendar.google.com &amp;color=%235229A3&amp;ctz=Europe%2FLondon )

In your Snappages page, edit the iFrame block and paste the URL into the'Set iFrame source' box. Make sure it completely replaces any text already there.

Set the size to match the Cal (600 x 600) and voila, it should work.

Here's an example on my test account:

Hope that helps.
