HELP -navigation tabs all missing

No navigation tabs today in preview or view.

Yesterday I tried uploading a new logo with a tagline (same logo as previous, also a .png, just added the tag) and the upload froze up and the logo would not display. When I saw the tabs were missing I thought maybe the logo upload had something to do with that so went into Themes and tried to click the "make logo visible" box, and nothing on that page is responding.

I checked and for some reason the logo you uploaded was corrupted or maybe it didn't like the fact taht it was 300 dpi. I resized and and reuploaded it and it seems to work now.

Thank you! Not sure why or how it would have been corrupted, but I'll check into it -- it's the same as previous, just with tag. Next time I'll make sure the dpi is 72. Thanks.

So sorry! We uploaded 300 dpi logo again and now cannot get the logo just uploaded out, or do anything in Theme at all. Please help.
