Billboard with Header -- sizing

When using a header above a billboard, is it possible to resize the header text?

The text in both the billboard and the header can be resized by clicking directly on the text and then dragging the handles (the little boxes around the edge) to make it the size you wish.

Is it possible to resize the billboard or how to make images in billboard smaller than the shape of the billboard?

You cannot resize the billboard itself, however you can make the images within the billboard any size you want. Full size is 900px x 200 px. Anything smaller will leave black space on its sides (depending on dimensions used - sides and/or bottom or top), but it will still function.

To resize the image used - you can resize in the photo manager, or you can resize in a graphic editor of your choice (such as photoshop elements, or ....
