www does not work!?

My site works a looks great, however when some one uses www.flyautumnair.com ,the site does not work i get 404?? it works fine with regular flyautumnair.com, but not when you add the www??

any ideas??

This probably has something to do with how you pointed your domain name to the site. I'm not really sure how your hosting company handles it so it might be best to ask them what you need to change in order to get both pointing to the correct ip address.

yeah i figured, its through google, so they probably wont be much help. but I will try, I was hoping some one here might have an insight into the problem. I dont think it has anything to do with snap pages.

Sorry, I've never used google to register a domain so I'm only familiar with standard domain registration companies. Please post back here if you get it figured out so that it could possibly help others.
