Adding Contact tab

Is there a way to add a Contact tab to my site? I'm using the Standard theme.

Are you referring to adding a new contact page to your site? All you need to do is create a new page and use the contact page template. Then add this page to your navigation folder and it will add a new link in your websites navigation.
