do you know how can I add a link pointing to download a pdf file?

to add a link you could add a button with linking the correct url where the file is stored, like:

http://www.xxxxxxxx.com/download/thefile.pdf

As far as I know it is not be possible for now to upload to snappages.com itself (only images for now?), would be nice (and rather essential) though ...., if not you should always use another site/provider to store files ....

I usual recommend people upload their files to box.net as they have a great free service to let you store files then you can link to them like suggested above.
