Hi I really like snappages a LOT and am testing out on two sites of my own before offering it to my clients. The professional version of this product is so cheap it sort of worries me - so this is a general query about support response times. Is Steve around at the moment? Is there some kind of backup if he's not so if something critical goes down it can be fixed? I see he's been good at answering queries in the past so maybe I've just had bad luck with my edit account issue. I do have to take into account that I'm in a hugely different time zone and I'm also rather impatient :)

Appreciate users and Steve's comments on this before I take snap pages out to the world :-)

Sorry about the response time on that. Right now I handle most of the support but I'm bringing on a few more people to help with that. I generally try to respond within 24 hours.

as I said I'm hopelessly impatient thanks for your help - I've got a trial account that's expired which I'd quite like to delete - I didn't get a chance to use it as I was away but now I've set up a different user name - how do I go about deleting the one I don't need anymore to free up an email address when I start opening more sites?
