Layout Problem

Hi I have a problem that I can't fix, it's a bug probably I don't know but I have to wait 5 seconds to see my link list on the right. I tryed to change layout but I still have that problem. How can I reset everything?
I want to start back from the beginning..

There currently isn't a way to "reset everything" but I can try to take a look at your site to see why it might be loading slowly.
