Dissapearing Logos in theme Editor

I uploaded a custom logo on the theme editor and it worked fine but when I tried to customize the theme using the "image" option it made the logo dissapear. I've tried reloading the logo, changing the image, editing colours, everything... but any logo I upload will no longer show up.
Help!
