Do you plan to provide an audio module? I would like to play music on my site.
Thanks in advance,
KC

There is currently not a way to do this within SnapPages, however if you find a 3rd party audio player you might be able to embed it into your site that way. I would love to add a feature like this, I'm still not clear on all the copyright laws surrounding audio files and things like that at the moment so I'm just a little hesitant to open up a can of worms right now.

Thanks for your help Steve. I completely understand. If I find a way to do this I will share it with you too.

Thanks, that would be a helpful tip as others have asked about that as well.

Anyone ever find a solution to this?

Requires a little bit of tech savvy but here goes:
step 1) Download the mp3 player and place it wherever you host your domain.
go to http://musicplayer.sourceforge.net/ under "latest releases" click/download "extended version x.x.x" It is a small zip file containing a few files. place the unzipped files wherever you host your domain. I created a folder called "mp3player" for organizational purposes. It will contain the mp3player, the actual mp3 to be used, as well as the playlist file.
step 2) Create your playlist in notepad and save it as an .xspf file, also placing it where you host your domain. I used this site as a guide:
http://xspf.org/quickstart/
I used the second example for simplicity sake because I have no idea what a "URI file" is and the first example was using URIs.
What I did here was, upload a test mp3 to the same location I put my mp3 player files as well as my .xspf playlist file.
step 3) Prepare the embed code using notepad, for use in snap pages:
using the first link i provided, under the "documentation" section, there is a basic code sample. After copying the sample code to notepad for editing, simply replace the bits that were marked in red with your own info.
step 4) pop your edited embed code into snappages! Embed using snappages video player!
Under the second link I provided, there is additional documentation showing how to edit your .xspf file adding things like title of the playlist, albumn title, name of the song, etc. But you get the idea (hopefully)
Hope this helps!
