View Full Version : Change Font Size?
I think this question has been at least partially addressed, but I just want to double check: Is there or isn't there a way to change text/font size within a theme?
As it stands, I generally love SnapPages, but if there's no way to enlarge text size for easier readability by visitors, it's sort of a deal breaker for me.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
G

Currently there is no feature that allows you to change your text size other then what the default theme text size is. We might add some functionality like this in the future but I can’t for certain say when that would happen.

Hello,
I am working on a few sites for small business clients right now and I could definitely sell snap pages premium to many more if I could offer a serif font option like Georgia or Times New Roman. I understand font sizing may not be an option, but any chance you're going to offer limited font options?

I am working on some additional features that might allow for some more flexibility in this area. You wouldn't be able to change the fonts on a per page basis, it would still be something that applies to the whole site but I think it might work if we allow you to change the font style for your entire theme. Again I can't say for certain when this update will happen but I am working on it.

i totally conquer with the font sizes...one of the things that attracted me to this site was how you can customize and set yourself apart with the themes, colors, etc...
additional fonts will help to do so.
I absolutely agree, this website is not useful to me if I can't alter the font sizes.

I am actually OK with the sizes, but one more option for a generic serif class would be cool within theme customization. I have some clients that I could migrate over, but their existing collateral utilizes a more traditional look and feel. Thanks!

Its a shame to do such a beautiful site and be so ignorant or arrogant to think that people can read your tiny fonts for the words... It is a TOTAL deal breaker for me and I will be deleting my account and kicking myself for spending 2 days working on learning your site... Thanks for nothing

Yes I agree, having the ability to change font sizes, styles and color would make this site fantastic. I'm currently a trial member and also testing Yola and Weebly. Yola you can change all three and with Weebly you can you can do all but the font style. SnapPages in my opinion is the best but these are a couple suggestions.

Surely anyone with visual impairment (such that they can't read the default text on a browser) would know to hit CTRL+ to enlarge the text? On the newer browsers this actually scales the entire page, but there are always options to scale text only.
For those of you with Pro Accounts you can resize and change the fonts in the advanced features of the Theme Manager. There are only a couple of options but a larger font is available and a couple of the fonts are larger by design.
