I signed up yesterday, and I was interesting in purchasing the app for a year: However I can't log on, and I can't contact support.
After you signup does it take a few hours to confirm?

I saw the plug by HireMyMom and they said that the application was good, however they didn't tell you about the problems.

When I went back to look at my activation to make sure that I did
activate the account, it said that there was a problem activating my account.

That actually happens when the account is already activated. You should be able to log in now. If you are still having trouble logging in I have created an alternate log in form that might help at http://www.snappages.com/login2.php

I can log into the forum as a junior member, but I'm still not able to logon to build a site.
Do I have to purchase first?

I see that you sent me an email so I will respond more specifically to your issue in that, but for anyone else having this issue, I've added a new link below the login form. Below the login form there was a link that used to just reset your password but now it also has a list of the most common problems I've found to why people are having issues logging in. Check that list and if it still does not resolve the problem contact me through the feedback form on the site.
