can't apply customized theme

I customize a theme and it doesn't apply to my website. Is this a new bug?

I'm trying to gather some more information about the problem so I can look into since I can't recreate the issue. If you could respond on this thread it would help out a lot.

If you change the theme, will you loose all the content on the website?

No, that's one of the nice things about keeping the content and the themes seperate. You can change a theme at anytime and your content will remain intact.
