Toggle Visibility

Don't think that the calendar manager has it but when we get a lot of calendars it would be cool if we could toggle the visibility of each calendar.

It actually does have that functionality but I guess it's not very obvious so I'll have to work on that. If you click on the actual calendar icon that has a check mark on it next to each calendar it should toggle the visiblity of each one.
